Wellbeing Days

We can assist you with your school Wellbeing Day, whether that's as part of the pastoral care program, R U OK Day, or anything in between. We aim to bring some movement, music, fun and positive vibes. There's nothing better than students singing along and getting in to the session!
Mindful Movement Yoga is always a popular choice for Wellbeing Days, however any program will work to create positive vibes and also release endorphins to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.

With the stresses of school life and other pressures increasing for the youth of today, we recognise the importance of taking time out of our day to step away from the school desk, and move our bodies.
