M.A.S.T. stands for martial arts style training.

It includes strength and fitness training, combined with moves from various martial arts disciplines including karate, taekwondo and kickboxing. It uses body weight only and students will not spare, rather, they will learn and repeat the movements through the expert guidance of the fitness instructor.
