The below terms and conditions apply to our various programs and services. if you are unsure which service is applicable to you, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us, as we are happy to clarify any questions you may have. 

Terms and Conditions – School Programs

1. Bookings

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing (email is sufficient).
  • A booking is considered confirmed once session dates are agreed, a booking confirmation email has been sent (automated from booking system), and an invoice has been generated and sent.
  • By confirming a booking, the school agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Structure

  • Programs may consist of a single session or a series of sessions delivered over a defined period.
  • Sessions are charged per session, not per student.
  • Discounts may apply for bookings of ten or more sessions and will be outlined at the time of booking.

3. Session Numbers & Capacity

  • Each session has a maximum capacity of 60 students for yoga and 100+ for other programs.
  • Where student numbers exceed this, additional sessions may be required.
  • Session numbers of groupings of classes need to be expressed prior in order to ensure optimum delivery as well as costing.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are outlined at the time of booking.
  • Invoices will be issued for the full program in advance and payment terms are due on the day of the session for once off sessions. Or mid-program for longer program bookings.
  • A travel fee may apply for locations outside the standard service area and will be advised prior to confirmation.

5. Scheduling Changes & Flexibility

  • The provider understands that school schedules can change due to assemblies, excursions, pupil-free days or other unforeseen school events.
  • Where possible, sessions may be rescheduled within the program period to accommodate timetable changes.
  • If rescheduling is not possible and insufficient notice is provided, the affected session may be forfeited.
  • The provider will always endeavour to be flexible and work collaboratively with the school where circumstances allow.

6. Cancellations

  • Schools are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations or changes.
  • Sessions cancelled with adequate notice may be rescheduled or cancelled, whichever is applicable.
  • Sessions cancelled without sufficient notice and unable to be rescheduled may not be subject to a refund.

7. Supervision & Behaviour

  • School staff remain responsible for the supervision, behaviour management, and duty of care of students at all times.
  • The provider is responsible solely for the delivery of the agreed fitness and/or dance activities.
  • A teacher or authorised school staff member must be present during all sessions.

8. Injury & Medical

  • All reasonable care is taken to provide safe, age-appropriate activities.
  • Participation in any physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury.
  • The provider is not responsible for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
  • Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs should be communicated prior to program commencement.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • The provider holds current public liability insurance.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the program, except where caused by negligence.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • Confirmation of a booking and participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
