  • We encourage regular attendance so students can fully benefit from the program. However, we also understand that sickness occurs and conflicting items crop up meaning students may inevitably miss some classes here and there.
  • Fees are based on a term structure, and missed classes cannot be refunded or made up.
  • If a class is ever postponed, changed or cancelled for reasons out of our control such as instructor unavailability, school pupil free day etc, Missfit Movement will always endeavour to provide a make up session. This will usually occur in the final week of term. All communications regarding any changes or make up sessions will be made in writing over email.
  • Room permitting, we are more than happy to accept late enrolments. Depending on the lateness, the term fee may remain, or be reduced.

  • Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may lead to temporary or permanent removal from the program (refunds in such cases are at Miss Fit Movement’s discretion). We prioritise student enjoyment in a fun and friendly dance class. If your child is not enjoying the class for whatever reason, we encourage your feedback so we may adjust our approach.
