Mindful Movement Yoga


Mindful Movement is our yoga-based program.

It includes an age appropriate warm up, followed by a series of yoga flow poses incorporating strength, flexibility and balance. The movements are set to current popular music and led by a teacher.

Mindfulness through movement


Being mindful can include so many different practises, including moving our bodies. Activities like yoga, tai chi and even walking can enable us to be mindful!

Have a go at one of our favourite tracks. This one will develop flexibility through hamstrings and leave you feeling refreshed and energised!
